Glencoe / Bothwell Proposed Amalgamation

· There will be a vote in Glencoe Arena Monday October 3^rd, 2011 from 6-10pm

· There will be a vote in Bothwell Arena Tuesday October 4^th, 2011 from 6-10pm

o Each family will have one vote. The family member who registered the child for this current year in their respective association will have the opportunity to vote

o A family list will be provided at both arenas. You can vote in either centre. If the date doesn’t work for you at your home centre, you can vote in Bothwell if you are a Glencoe member and vice versa

o A vote of 50% plus one vote (for each centre) of the votes cast will be considered a majority vote

o Vote will be done by secret ballot

o You must vote in person. There will be no proxy voting.
