-Referee in Chief will be looked at in Aug.

-Eddie will take care of Nevada

-Ways and Means will be taken care of by several people

Treasurer's Report

*Bingo- $5,253.02

*Nevada- $5,701.68

*General- $26,892.35

-Tim Hamilton will continue to hold cheques that are ready for pick up at his office.

-Cindy Staels will have signing authority for cheques, Cindy will go and speak with the bank

Registration - only 1 midget application has been received since last meeting. Parents are concerned about the increase in registration. Sandy will collect a list of players who have not registered and a few board members will start to make phone calls.

League Reports

Shamrock & OMHA - Cindy Staels

-Attended OMHA AGM on June 11 & 12^th in Richmond Hill, 736 in attendance (99 from our region)

-Recorded 2 cheques, $75.00 Tournament Refund, $274.32 Insurance Refund

Local League - Tom Holder

-nothing till AGM in August

Girls League - Bob Thirlwall

Referee in Chief - no report

Budget - no report

Equipment -

-Cheryl and Scott went through Jerseys

-Midget Shamrock, Bantam Shamrock need both home and away Jerseys.

-Bantam and Midget Tri County will need new Jerseys.

Motion - to replace the Jerseys for the Bantam and the Midget Shamrock and Tri-County teams 6 sets in total and 4 Carry bags Rachelle/Sandy

ALL IN FAVOUR PASSED

-some shirts are still missing, and supplies (pucks, first aid kit, water bottles)

Development and Education

-still working on Coach clinics, not sure if we will have any given to us in our center

Ways & Means - no report

Risk Management

-deadline is June 18^th

-9 Applications have been submitted ( 1 midget, 1beginner, 1peewee rep, 3 Bantam rep, 1 Bantam tri county, 1 Atom Rep, 1 Juvenile

Sponsorship

- Greg will give his list to Cheryl from last year, email received from Tim Hamilton regarding Sponsorship from Hydro

Tournaments

-Waiting to register tournaments

-question - wondering about giving teams money for tournaments. Will see how our numbers work this year with registration and budget.

Icing

-Will be using Watford Arena to hold tryouts, and Bothwell Arena for practices until Glencoe Arena has ice.
