Treasurers
Report
- Bingo Account - $14222.14 up approx $4000 from same time last year.

- $16000 cheque issued for ice.
- Darryl submitted 41.75 hours for gate keeping for October hasn’t been paid.
- Someone checking to see if he is paid minimum wage.
- Darryl submits monthly
- Brian would like to know about money deposited that he doesn’t know about.

Motion to adopt treasurer’s report Sandy/Eddie CARRIED
Norm Whiting and Dennis Hodston from ACN Network Marketing gave a presentation
They are resellers of essential home services, ex. Internet, home phone, satellite TV, and utilities. Same idea as the gift cards where GMHA would get a % back from all sales through their business. Can get some of these services at a cheaper rate.
Going to set up a meeting with them to go into more detail.

OMHA Report – Cindy Staels
- TBA games to be in by next meeting.
- Suspensions emailed.
- Stats are now posted on Bulletin Board
- System for sending in games going fairly well
- OMHA play down booklet is out
- Category change. Cindy has looked at Peewee, thinks they have a case. Request in for Novice, but there will not be any change for that team. Will know by beginning of December if there is a change for Peewee.
- Base Category Appeal to move whole centre down, need years of stats, May 31/11 is the deadline.
- All-star game for Midget in January.
- Scores need to be submitted on time.
- Some game sheets are missing. Cindy had some returned in mail due to lack of postage.

Extension given to Glencoe
regarding a tyke team. There was not a representative there for Glencoe. There are 8 teams registered at this time, 2
Blenheim, 2 Wallaceburg,
- Tyke team has been set.
- Concern about on ice volunteers. If under 16, they must be in full gear. They must also be registered with OMHA.
- A few game sheets missing. Bob Pearson has mailed them already.

Girls Report
- Not much activity.
- Women’s Game. Good Attendance, approx. 300 people, good sponsorship. Hope to make $500. Thanks to multiple people.
- Intermediate team, 12 girls on team and struggling to get 10 girls out.

Equipment
- Sock Bill Medium $500.
- Sock price has gone up so we will have to up the price. Scott will have a proposal at next meeting.

- Sets missing shirts. Sponsor bars can’t go on if missing.
- Ordering a few more sponsor bars for jerseys.
- Pucks missing. More bought but don’t know where they are going.
- Scott finding out how much $ for stop sign stickers for helmets.
- Clothing orders with $ to be in by Nov 28. Another order will go in January.
- Scott has 2 students coming in to help set up for clothing orders. 3 shirts were stolen last year while on display during order time.
Development
- Bantam coach requesting ice for a checking clinic.
- Eddie looking into phone # for groups to help with checking clinic.
Ways
and Means
- Hockey pools coming in, hope to get 100. Bob entering them in this weekend.
- Letter sent out to coaches about Christmas run for gift cards.

- Bingos. No sign up sheets. Dates are wrong.
- Possible NHL jerseys for tournaments.
- Gift cards. $1726 profit year to date. Basically 5 families using them.
- Stephen Campbell gave a practice jersey sponsor idea.
Ice
Schedule
- Tyke team now has a schedule for ice times.
Registration
- 9 or 10 juveniles to pay yet
- 2 girls to pay yet.
- Tyke roster approved.
- Atom LL, Bantam LL teams have approved rosters.
- The rest are waiting for transfers, ineligible players/staff.
- People who are on the board or on a roster need to have a police check.
Sponsorship
- Cheryl gave 4 cheques to brian
- A few to give $ yet.
- Need pictures for Novice and Atom LL teams to give their sponsors.
- Bob made a list of sponsors who get season passes.
Tournaments
- LL tournament 7 Novice teams, 6 atom teams and 4 peewee teams so far.
- All money in except for Glencoe teams.
New
Business
- Bingos. Angie is gone and gave all the paperwork to Tammy Henry.
- Rachelle is getting bingo account authority switched to Tammy.
- Dance. Tim Kunkel suggests a gift card to Tracy Falco for all the help with the dance.
o MOTION: To give a $100 gift card to
- Thank you going in the newspaper for all the donations and help for the dance.
- Looking into music hookup upstairs. Bob Thirlwall.
- Bantam Rep asked about doing 50/50’s.
- Stephen Campbell asked about universal drills. Starting in novice. It was started but was never finished.
- Novice Rep asked if they could use their jerseys for a Santa Claus parade float.
- BJ Santavy read her letter to the board concerning the Bantam Rep coach.
o Referred to the coach’s code of conduct.
o Wants a written response to her letter.
o Wants the board to address the bantam coach with regards to her letter with repercussions clearly stated.
- Another letter was submitted by Dan Minoletti with the same concerns about the same coach.
- Stephen Campbell, the bantam coach, addressed these concerns, admitting that he is tough on players. He does not believe he centres out players.
